Andouille Sausage Appetizer Bites With Cranberry Cheddar

Ingredients

01 Andouille sausage (3 links, 9 oz), sliced.
02 Great Midwest Cranberry Cheddar cheese (4 oz).
03 Vegetable oil (2 tablespoons).
04 Cranberry sauce (1/3 cup).
05 Appetizer picks (24).

Instructions

Step 01

Heat oil in skillet and cook sausage slices 3-4 minutes per side until browned.

Step 02

Transfer cooked sausage to paper towel-lined plate.

Step 03

Cut cranberry cheddar into small cubes.

Step 04

Skewer sausage and cheese, top with cranberry sauce.
