Blue Christmas Truffles

Ingredients

01 2 cups white chocolate chips.
02 2 tablespoons heavy cream.
03 2 tablespoons Blue Curacao.
04 1/2 cup sanding sugar.

Instructions

Step 01

Melt chocolate and cream in intervals.

Step 02

Stir in Blue Curacao until mixed.

Step 03

Chill 2 hours until firm.

Step 04

Roll into balls.

Step 05

Coat in sanding sugar.

Step 06

Chill 1 hour to set.

Step 07

Keep refrigerated.
