What Makes This Recipe Great?

These cranberry turkey sliders feature layers of turkey, cranberry sauce, and creamy white cheese sandwiched between sweet Hawaiian rolls and baked with a decadent butter sauce. A 30-minute sandwich appetizer that will be gobbled up in no time!

Hawaiian rolls make everything better. A soft, sweet bread roll that jazzes up any meal. I especially love them because they are the perfect size for individual sliders filled with any kind of meat, cheese, and condiments you desire. And you know how I love sliders!

Today I decided on cranberry turkey sliders because who says turkey and cranberry are only allowed in November? These decadent little sliders are brushed with a creamy, tangy melted butter sauce, and baked until just crisp and golden brown with a soft, chewy, melted middle filled with turkey, cheese, and a sweet cranberry sauce.

The best part? You only need simple ingredients and 30 minutes to make these baked turkey sliders with Hawaiian rolls shine! This perfect party food is ideal for large groups, family get-togethers, or gathering to watch the big game.

Ingredient Notes

recipe ingredients labeled
  • Thick-Cut deli sliced turkey: You can also use ham if preferred. If you have leftover turkey from Thanksgiving or a rotisserie chicken, that will work too.
  • Swiss or Provolone cheese: Pick your favorite. White cheddar will also work. The key is to pick a mild, white cheese that melts well for a delicious creamy addition.
  • Cranberry sauce: You can buy this or make your own with my easy recipe.
  • Hawaiian Dinner Rolls: You can often find these at Costco or Sam’s club if you want to buy in bulk and make a big batch.
  • Butter sauce: This is a combination of melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, dijon mustard, poppy seeds, and minced garlic.
