Ingredients

01 16 ounce box pound cake mix.
02 2/3 cup eggnog.
03 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened.
04 2 large eggs.
05 2 tablespoons rum (or 2 teaspoons extract).
06 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg.
07 16 ounce container whipped vanilla frosting.
08 48 ounces vanilla or chocolate candy coating.
09 Sea salt for topping.

Instructions

Step 01

Preheat oven to 350°F, line 9×5 loaf pan.

Step 02

Beat cake mix, eggnog, butter, eggs, rum, nutmeg.

Step 03

Bake 55-60 minutes until done.

Step 04

Cool completely, then crumble cake.

Step 05

Mix with partial container of frosting.

Step 06

Form 1-inch balls, chill several hours.

Step 07

Melt coating, dip balls to cover.
