Ingredients:
Fresh Mushrooms: Brown or cremini mushrooms are ideal. Mini portobello mushrooms or a combination of your favorite mushroom varieties can also be used.
Herbs: Thyme and parsley are recommended, but rosemary, oregano, tarragon, chives, or cilantro can be substituted based on your preference.
Cream: You can use half and half, heavy cream, light cream, or thickened cream. Heavy cream adds more richness.
Flour: Needed to achieve the creamy texture. As an alternative, use cornstarch; mix 2-3 tablespoons with 1/4 cup water to create a slurry.
Garlic: Fresh garlic is best, but minced can be used if necessary.
