Homemade Cream Of Mushroom Soup Recipe Full Of Flavors

 

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Clean and slice the mushrooms.
  2. In a large pot, sauté onions and garlic until tender.
  3. Add mushrooms and herbs, cooking until mushrooms are soft.
  4. Stir in flour or cornstarch slurry to thicken the mixture.
  5. Gradually add cream and stock, stirring continuously to create a smooth texture.
  6. If using, and simmer the soup for a few minutes to combine flavors.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve hot.

Notes:

  • For a thicker soup, adjust the flour or cornstarch according to your preference.
  • Serving suggestion: Enjoy with a side of garlic bread to soak up the soup!
