Easy Homemade Chocolate Covered Pecans Recipe

Ingredients

01 1 pound pecan halves.
02 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, cubed.
03 1 teaspoon kosher salt.
04 20 ounces dark or milk chocolate melting wafers.

Instructions

Step 01

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Step 02

Spread pecans on baking sheet, top with butter.

Step 03

Roast 5 minutes, turn to coat with butter.

Step 04

Add salt, roast 5-6 more minutes until done.

Step 05

Cool completely.

Step 06

Microwave chocolate in 30-second intervals until melted.

Step 07

Dip pecans in chocolate, remove excess.

Step 08

Place on parchment paper, let harden 45 minutes.
