Ingredients

01 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs.
02 1/4 cup granulated sugar.
03 1/2 cup melted butter.
04 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened.
05 1 cup granulated sugar.
06 1 cup sour cream.
07 3 large eggs.
08 1 tsp vanilla extract.
09 1/2 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade).
10 1/4 cup sea salt (optional, for sprinkling).

Instructions

Step 01

Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan or line with parchment paper.

In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan to form an even crust.
