Sausage, Egg, And Cheese Bisquick Muffins

Ingredients

01 1 pound roll of breakfast sausage.
02 4 eggs.
03 1 cup sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded.
04 1 cup Bisquick baking mix.

Instructions

Step 01

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 12-cup muffin pan with non-stick cooking spray; set aside.

Step 02

Crumble the sausage into a skillet over medium-high heat and cook until no longer pink. Drain off the fat and set the sausage aside to cool slightly.

Step 03

In a large mixing bowl, lightly beat the eggs. Add the shredded cheese, Bisquick, and the fully cooked sausage; mix well.

Step 04

Fill the prepared muffin cups about ¾ full with the mixture.

Step 05

Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
