Stuffed Potato Cakes

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Form the seasoned grated potatoes into patties and carefully place them in the hot oil. Fry until golden brown and crispy on both sides. Once done, set the potato patties aside. The key to perfect potato patties is frying them until they are crisp and golden.
In the same pan, add the ground beef and cook until it’s browned and cooked through. Add in the chopped onions, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well and cook until the onions become translucent and fragrant. The beef mixture forms the savory filling for the potato cakes.
