Ingredients:

  • 1 cup medjool dates, pitted
  • 1/2 cup raw almonds
  • 1/2 cup raw cashews
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions:

  1. In a food processor, pulse the dates, almonds, and cashews until finely chopped.
