1. Eggnog Cheesecake

This Eggnog Cheesecake captures the creamy richness of eggnog in a smooth, velvety cheesecake. With a hint of nutmeg and cinnamon, it’s the perfect dessert for eggnog lovers, and it’s great for an adult dinner party!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup eggnog
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup whipped cream, for topping
  • Nutmeg, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the eggnog, vanilla extract, nutmeg, and cinnamon, and beat until well combined.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  6. Before serving, top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of nutmeg.

2. Gingerbread Man Cheesecake
