A sweet and savory way to use up your holiday leftovers! These delicious baked turkey sandwiches are loaded with layers of stuffing, cranberry sauce and leftover turkey.

How to Make Thanksgiving Leftover Sliders
- Step One: Preheat oven to 350°F. Slice the rolls in half and lay the bottom half in a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Step Two: Spread the stuffing on the bottom rolls.
- Step Three: Layer the turkey on top of the stuffing.

- Step Four: In a small bowl, mix together cranberry sauce and 1 ½ tsp Dijon mustard. Spread mixture on top of the turkey.
- Step Five: Place the top rolls on top in the baking pan.
- Step Six: Add melted butter, 1 ½ tsp Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, dried onion and poppy seeds to a bowl and stir to combine.
- Step Seven: Spoon the butter mixture all over the tops of the rolls.
- Step Eight: Bake for 15 minutes or until the tops of the rolls are golden.
- Step Nine: Let cool slightly and cut each roll to serve.
Variations and Substitutions
- Substitute cooked ham for the turkey. You can also add the ham in with the turkey if you had both at your Thanksgiving dinner.
- Include your favorite cheese like Swiss cheese, havarti cheese or cheddar cheese.
- Cooked bacon is also delicious.
- Add jalapenos to give your sliders a spicy kick.
- No slider buns? You can also use dinner rolls.
- Spread cream cheese on the slider buns to add a layer of creaminess.
- Use everything bagel seasoning instead of the poppy seeds.
Storage Instructions
Refrigerate any leftover Hawaiian roll turkey sliders for up to 3 days.
You can freeze them too. Wrap them up in aluminum foil and store in the freezer for up to 2 months.
Can I Make This Recipe Even If I Don’t Have Thanksgiving Leftovers?
Yes, you sure can! Use deli turkey, prepared stuffing mix (like StoveTop) and canned cranberry sauce to give you all those yummy Thanksgiving vibes without the dinner itself!
