Thanksgiving Sliders

A sweet and savory way to use up your holiday leftovers! These delicious baked turkey sandwiches are loaded with layers of stuffing, cranberry sauce and leftover turkey.

Can I Make This Recipe Even If I Don’t Have Thanksgiving Leftovers?

Yes, you sure can! Use deli turkey, prepared stuffing mix (like StoveTop) and canned cranberry sauce to give you all those yummy Thanksgiving vibes without the dinner itself!

Ingredients

  • 12 count Hawaiian rolls
  • 2 cups prepared stuffing mix
  • 1 cup carved style deli turkey or leftover turkey
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 3 tsp Dijon mustard divided
  • 6 tbsp salted butter melted
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp minced dried onion
  • 2 tsp poppy seeds

Instructions

    • Preheat oven to 350°F. Slice the rolls in half and lay the bottom half in a 9×13 inch baking dish.
    • Spread the stuffing on the bottom rolls.
    • Layer the turkey on top of the stuffing.
    • In a small bowl, mix together cranberry sauce and 1 ½ tsp Dijon mustard. Spread mixture on top of the turkey.
  • Place the top rolls on top in the baking pan.
  • Add melted butter, 1 ½ tsp Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, dried onion and poppy seeds to a bowl and stir to combine.
  • Spoon the butter mixture all over the tops of the rolls.
  • Bake for 15 minutes or until the tops of the rolls are golden.
  • Let cool slightly and cut each roll to serve.
